WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Currently, we ship with USPS. Shipped items are insured in case of damage before delivery.
Pick up is available for customers. We are located near Liberty Hill, Texas.
WHAT IS THE PRICING OF CUSTOM WORK?
Custom projects are priced similarly to ready made items. We have standard pricing based on the size and then may increase price based on time spent and materials used.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not offer options for returns or exchanges. Our products are one of a kind and usually custom. Ready made products are bought as is. Custom work is reviewed and approved by the customer prior to completion.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM PIECE TAKE TO COMPLETE?
Custom work generally takes 4-6 weeks to complete and ship. Each artistic step must be approved by the customer. If there is a delay on the approval, the overall time schedule will be delayed. Additional time may be needed around the holidays.
CAN I GET A COMPLETELY CUSTOM PIECE?
Yes absolutely! We love making original designs. Contact us today for a consult and price estimate.
CAN PHOTOGRAPHS BE ADDED?
Yes! We can add photographs to our work. We'll just need a digital version of the photo. This would be a completely custom piece and consult would be needed. Contact us today!
